Compensation

Most direct support professional entry-level positions pay about the same amount as a fast food restaurant or a convenience store. We pay our entry-level employees 20% more than those positions. More pay does come with more complexities, but we have found that employees are happy to accept the unexpected daily challenges in exchange for the increased compensation. Just as important, we all have the opportunity to truly make a difference in the lives of the vulnerable people we serve and the larger disability community.
