  • Basic Life/AD&D Plan - $20,000: Bridges MN provides a basic life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) benefit for all Full-time employees.  100% of the premiums for this coverage are paid by Bridges MN.       

  • Voluntary Life/AD&D Plan: Bridges MN offers an optional, voluntary life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) plan from Unum.  If you choose to enroll, you pay 100% of the premiums through payroll deduction.     

  • Short-term Disability (STD) Plan: Bridges MN provides an STD Plan for all Full-time Salaried employees at no cost.    

  • Long-term Disability (LTD): Bridges MN provides an LTD Plan for all Full-time employees at no cost who are enrolled in the Medical Benefit Plan.
